With the new year comes a new line up for our committee...
We've sadly bid 2 of our long-standing members farewell; Shani Aleksandravičius whose calm organisation as Chair held the CEN together through a period of transition and Lorna O'Kane whose behind the scene support (& presentations at study days) will be greatly missed! We'd like to extend a huge thank you to them both for their commitment and hard work.
Angela Posada is taking a years leave from the committee, we wish her all the best for the year ahead and are looking forward to having her back!
We have been fortunate to recruit another member for the committee and warmly welcome Katie Atkinson.
The CEN are making plans for study days for 2017 and look forward to being able to share further information about these with you all soon! As usual, keep an eye on the 'Our next study day page' and Facebook for updates.

Charitable Donations
Following our Treasurer's report for 2014/15 it came to our attention that the CEN has developed a healthy pot of money over the last 12 years. As a not for profit organisation, the CEN committee toyed with a number of ideas as to how best use some of this money.
We are pleased to share that we have decided to make charitable donations. The charities we donate to will be linked to our study days e.g. through speakers or cases presented.
To start off, we are backdating donations for the past 3 study days. We will be making donations to the following charities:
Mental Capacity; Whose Role is it Anyway?
Remembering Dementia:
Managing Faces:
The charities that receive donations will be decided upon at our annual AGM for the study days in the preceding year. Donations will be made following the AGM.
